I had some trouble finding someone to come and fix our tankless water heater but was relieved to have found Chad at Ditter plumbing. Chad seemed courteous and knowledgeable but could never tell me a rough estimate of what the bill was going to be. I was a little frustrated that he could not tell me- walking blindly into the bill. It turned out we needed a special sensor for our heater and Chad gave us the option to ship it overnight or wait until the next week. I okay'd the overnight shipping on Thursday for an extra fee and it did not arrive until Monday afternoon. The extra fee still appeared on our bill. Perhaps they need to define what they think overnight shipping means. We were out of hot water for about a week and a half.
