The point is that after the work failed, I was offered over the phone either a financial refund or credit towards having Surface Specialists redo my shower again. I asked for the financial refund. When it never came, I asked about it over the phone and I was told by you that "it was sent out three weeks ago", "You never received it?", and "we'll look into it and get back to you". The one year guarantee per industry standard is something I haven't heard of until I saw your response online, because I specifically asked the installer and was told 20-25 years at the time of installation. I think your communication skills need some fine tuning.
Had them resurface my bathtub turned out terrible dont do any business with this company total waste of money handed them $475 FOR A JOB A 5 YEAR OLD COULD DO. just terrible
We had an old home that we were restoring and wanted to find an authentic claw foot tub. Surface specialists had several for us to choose from one of which was the perfect size for our application. They resurfaced tub beautifully white inside and a light gray of our choice for the outside. The claws were refinished as well. The entire room turned out great and the tub was definitely the focal point. I would highly recommend Surface Specialists.
We had a cracked shower pan that was fixed and "guaranteed" for 20-25 years for $550. 18 months later, their epoxy was not holding, and we had additional cracking. They came out and fixed it, and 18 months later, the same issue arose. This time, it took 2 months for them to come out and look, and by the time they came, the floor was squishy, and they said, "sorry, can't help". They said they could rip it out and re-install a new one for $4,000. I said I would take a refund of the guaranteed work that did not hold. Five months ago, and several phone calls to the business later, I have given up on my shower and seeing any of my refund back. I would NOT recommend their work or professionalism.
